We are the Simulation and Education Center of the Slovak Red Cross. We are a center that brings innovative methods and tools to the teaching of first aid and emergency health care, thereby partially compensating for the practical experience of trainees and students, which they often cannot obtain in normal practice. In this way, we prepare lay people, future and current health professionals for critical and sudden situations in a safe environment. We are the first simulation center in Slovakia that connects the high-fidelity options of simulators with low-fidelity options in the ambulance service and in the field in variable spaces. We offer courses and workshops for laymen in first aid, members of the rescue system, voluntary and professional members of the rescue system in upper level of first aid, and education and simulations for students and professional paramedics in emergency medical care.
